NYSCOPBA would like to put out a special thanks to Correction Officer Mike Shreck (Mid-state CF) who has volunteered his time at this event for 27 years. Also, a special thanks to the Sergeant's and Officers that volunteer to make the "Heart Run & Walk" the success that it is every year. Officer Shreck and NYSCOPBA members from Mid-State and Marcy Correctional Facilities volunteer every year along with members of their families, and the citizens who walk or run in this event.

This event is just another way that show's NYSCOPBA members are community minded Law Enforcement Professionals, both on and off the job.
