From the North: Take the NYS Thruway to exit 23. Left off exit onto 9W. Bear right on 9W then take a right at 443. Left on St. James Place. Left on Hackett Blvd. NYSCOPBA will be on your left.

From the South: Take the NYS Thruway to exit 23. Left off exit onto 9W. Bear right on 9W then take a right at 443. Left on St. James Place. Left on Hackett Blvd. NYSCOPBA will be on your left.

From the East: Take 90 West to 787 South. Go to the end of 787, take left on 9W. Bear right on 9W, take a right at 443. Left on St. James Pl. Left on Hackett Blvd. NYSCOPBA is on the left.
