Prescription Drug Formulary Changes for 2012

Prescription Drug Formulary changes will take effect on 1/1/2012. The Drug Formulary designates a tier for prescription drugs and the co-pay for that drug. Changing the tier of a drug effects the co-pay of a drug or may exclude the drug entirely.

Health insurance Premium Increase for those Retiring after 1/1/2012

Effective 1/1/2012, new NYS Retirees will pay 16% of individual coverage and 31% of family coverage.
