Duties of the Executive Vice President:
Assist the President and perform the dutiesof the President in his/her absence.
If for whatever reason the President
resigns, retires or is otherwise unable to complete his/her term of office, the Executive Vice-president shall assume theposition of the President for an interim period or untilsuch time as the Executive Board shall select an interim President to complete the remainder of the presidential term, in accordance withthe provisions as set forth inthis Constitution and Bylaws.
Preside as chairperson of the Judicial/Ethics
Committee.
Countersign checks drawn against the fundsof the Association.
In the event the Treasurer resigns, retires
or is otherwise unable to perform the duties of his/her office, the Executive Vice-president shall be authorized to sign all checks drawn against the funds of theAssociation provided thatsuch expenditures are approved by a majority vote of theExecutive Board.
Act as general overseer of operations for
the Association.
Carry out such additional lawful directives
of the Executive Board and/or Executive Assembly as they may make from time to time. 
Uphold the Constitution and Bylaws,
policies, procedures and directives of theAssociation.
