Duties of the President:

Preside at all meetings of the Executive Board, the Executive Assembly, all general membership meetings and any other special meetings called by the body, the Executive Board or the Executive Assembly.
Report to the membership regarding the progress and standing of the body.
Submit an annual report of the Association to the membership.
Sign all agreements for the Association.
Uphold the Constitution and Bylaws, policies, procedures and directives of the Association.
