This section is for posting members that are in need of the Leave Donation Program. To be listed here, a member or immediate family member must contact us and express interest in having their name added. If you wish to donate to a member, just click on the members name, print out the resulting form, sign it and send it to the agency address listed. Remember, to donate you need to have 80 hours of vacation time left after the donation is made. No sick or personal time may be used and accruals can only be given in eight hour increments.
