Inmate refused to come out of cell in RMHU to be placed in Observation. Upon the Dep. of Rmhu and an Officer trying to talk inmate out peacefully, the inmate threw an unknown liquid out of his cell door window striking the Dep. and two Officers. They were treated by the RN and sent to an outside hospital for further treatment.
