Inmate was returning from chow 20 minutes late, was stopped on the walkway and ordered to place his hands on the l rec shack for a pat frisk.  Rather than place his hands on the shack as directed, he retrieved a latex glove fingertip from his right pants pocket and attempted to put it in his mouth.  Officers used body holds to stop him from putting item in his mouth and all three fell to the ground.   Mechanical restraints were placed on a still struggling inmate. One latex glove fingertip containing a green leafy substance was recovered.
