Inmate was involved with a physical altercation with his female visitor, causing a disturbance. Officers came over and escorted inmate out of the visiting area.  While being escorted, inmate was still argumentative. Upon exiting the visiting room and entering the frisk area, while still being unruly, inmate violently head butted Officer in the face. Officers responded to incident and used body holds to attempt to gain control of the still aggressive inmate. After further staff arrived, compliance was finally gained.
