Officer heard yelling in the vicinity of 37 cube of the dorm. He then observed inmate running across the back of the dorm and fall to the floor. Officer responded to the area and found the inmate unresponsive and called for medical emergency. Inmate then started to yell and violently/uncontrollably thrash his body around the floor. Inmate attempted to get up, Officer attempted to help the inmate near the floor and the inmate began violently kicking and struck the Officer directly in the face with his right foot.
