While conducting the master count in SHU 200, Officer found inmate in his cell, unresponsive. Medical was notified and once on the scene ordered an emergency trip (via ambulance) due to the likelihood of inmate being high on some sort of drugs. Upon inmate being removed from his cell and being escorted to the S Block vestibule for the trip, an Officer observes inmate reach into his left front pocket and place a balloon like material into his mouth (drugs). As the Officers struggle with the inmate (to not place anymore drugs into his body), inmate was taken to the ground and bites officer on the left hand. Once under control, inmate is frisked and additional drugs were found.
