An inmate was high on K2 and acting abnormal during the mod 4 main yard rec. He was persuaded into the cattle shoot by staff where he began trying to climb the fence in an attempt to escape the Officer and Sgt. They talked him down and believed he was going to be compliant. He then struck the Sgt. in the face with a closed fist followed by the Officer. They both used body holds to restrain the inmate.
