Inmate became disruptive and began making threats towards staff when he was ordered to return to his cell from keeplock rec. Officer escorted the inmate up the center stairway. On the landing the inmate turned and punched Officer on the right side of his face with his left fist. Body holds were used to take the inmate to the floor.
