Officer escorted inmate to his cell and secured it. Officer removed the restraints from the inmates left wrist. The inmate then spun away from the feed-up hatch and attempted to pull the restraints into the cell. Officer maintained control and the inmate reached through the cell bars and grabbed the front of Officer’s shirt with his left hand and pulled him forward toward the cell bars. Officer knocked the inmates hand from his shirt, pulled the restraints back through the feed-up hatch and removed the restraints from the inmates right wrist.
