During random cell search inmate was moved for search. Inmate had restraints on, as they got to his cell inmate refused to go in, he refused all direct orders, when cell opened inmate took a step in, as door was closing inmate turned and attempted to exit. Officer prevented him by pushing him back, Inmate became combative by swinging his shoulders and kicking Officer.
