While Officer was passing out meal trays, inmate blocked the hatch with his lower torso, had exposed his penis and began urinating out of the hatch onto the gallery. Officer attempted to secure the hatch when the inmate produced a cup of urine and threw it through the hatch, striking Officer in the face and eyes.
