While Officer was observing unit functions, inmate ran up to him with a plastic mug filled with urine in his right hand, throwing same at the Officer, striking Officer in the left side of face and eye, left ear, the top and back side of head as Officer tried to turn away from the attack. The urine also struck the left arm, upper torso and upper left back.
