Officer observed inmate fill a styrofoam cup with toilet water. Inmate threw the toilet water through the cell bars, striker Officer on the left side of face and on the chest. Inmate began yelling and threatened to throw again as he refilled the cup with toilet water. Officer existed the gallery.
