Inmate reached through the feed up hatch and grabbed a hold of Officer’s shirt. Inmate refused order to release his grasp. Another Officer who was assisting with feed up responded and also ordered inmate to release. Officer struck the hatch with baton, which startled inmate causing him to pull his arm back into the cell, ripping Officer’s shirt pocket.
