While collecting feed up trays in the OBS cells an inmate handed out his tray and followed by throwing a styrofoam cup full of liquid onto an Officer. The liquid smelled strongly of urine. It hit the Officer in the front of his shirt and pants. The hatch was secured and all evidence was collected.
