Inmate struggled and resisted during return escort. Once at cell, while restraints were being removed and retention strap being applied, inmate turned and and spat in face of escort Officer. During the use of force to maintain control of combative and aggressive inmate, Officer hit his head on a nearby concrete wall. Inmate was then returned to the cell.
