While Officers were escorting injured inmate from the yard, two other inmates blocked their entrance through the door. Inmate then assaulted Officer by shoving her with both hands of her upper body. The first inmate turned toward second Officer and with closed fist struck Officer 4 times on the head/neck area. Officers responded and restrained struggling inmates.
