Nurse, Officers Injured at Elmira Correctional Facility

Elmira , NY – A registered nurse suffered a fractured shoulder after being assaulted by an inmate while dispensing medication at Elmira Correctional Facility. Two correction officers and a sergeant were also injured during the subsequent extraction of the inmate from his cell. Full Press Release
