Going back in from yard time, inmate was observed running toward Officer. Inmate was ordered to submit to a pat frisk, which he refused. Without provocation, inmate turned toward Officer with closed fists and attempted to strike the Officer. Several Officers attempted to gain control of inmate, during which one Officer was bit on the middle finger of his right hand by the inmate.
