Inmate was returning from keep lock recreation and attacked Officer, using both fists to strike Officer several times about the head and face area and knocked Officer to the ground. When Officer responded, that Officer was struck on the left cheek with a closed fist. Inmate continued to be combative with all Officers involved until restraints were applied to his wrists.
