During pat frisk, inmate turned and punch Officer under the right eye. While attempting to close the door to the Keeplock Yard, a different inmate forcibly pushed the door open, trying to get into the corridor. Officer had to force the door closed as that inmate continued to attempt to open the door. Inmate then used his medical issued cane to smash out the window next to the Keeplock Rec door.
