Responding to an inmate-inmate fight, CO was bitten on his left forearm and right hand. Another responding was kneed in the nose. The inmate violently resisted until mechanical restraints were applied.

While at court patient became agitated and attempted to leave the court room and officer tried to prevent patient from leaving and got her hand caught between the two doors.
