Fearing inmate was going to injure himself, Officers entered cell and retrieved inmate, who kicked Officer in the knee. Once restrained and escorted to holding pen, inmate spit at Officer, striking the right arm and torso.

While being counseled by Officer, inmate struck Officer with his fist to the side of his temple. Inmate then grabbed Officer in a headlock and they both fell to the floor and struggled until Officers responded and restrained inmate.
