As Officer was giving order to inmate, inmate struck Officer with a closed fist to the right side of the face.

While being counseled by Officer, inmate struck Officer with his fist to the side of his temple. Inmate then grabbed Officer in a headlock and they both fell to the floor and struggled until Officers responded and restrained inmate.
