While conducting a security round in the RMHU, an Officer witnessed an inmate urinating into a styrofoam cup. The inmate then stuck his fingers into the cup and flicked a liquid, smelling strongly of urine, onto the side of the Officer’s face.

While an Officer was escorting an inmate to RMHU program another inmate inside of his cell propelled the contents of a squeeze jelly bottle onto the Officer, hitting her in the side of the face and body. The liquid smelled strongly of feces.
