Agitated inmate swung a cane towards the Officer. Another Officer used body holds in an attempt to bring the inmate to the ground. The inmate swung their head back, striking the Officer in the left eye.

Officer was escorting nurse to inmates cell in the RMHU. Inmate had been able to keep control of his feed up hatch and reached out with a shampoo bottle and threw an unknown liquid (smelling of urine) at the officer, striking him on the right shoulder and arm.
