Inmate ran up to a Sergeant and punched him in the face, resulting in swelling to neck and face and treatment at an outside hospital.

Inmate grabbed CO and attempted to punch him.

While restraining a patient ,SHTA was struck in the face.

Inmate threw urine on officer striking officer in chest and pelvic area.

Inmate punched CO in the face 3 times during frisk.
