Inmate punched CO in the face 3 times during frisk.

Inmate punched CO in the face during restraint, causing injury to left jaw and lip.

Inmate had cut on finger and flicked blood onto CO, striking CO’s shirt, pants and into eyes.

Officers breaking up a 2 man fight involving a weapon and the Inmate with the weapon punch the officer in the face.

Using a shampoo bottle, Inmate squirted toilet water on CO.

Patient punched and scratched SHTA causing shoulder swelling and pain and scratches along both forearms.
