Patient hit SHTA in the face and neck.

Inmate punched Officer in the face

Inmate punched SHTA several times causing injury to neck, elbow and eye. SHTA transported to hospital for treatment.

Inmate starting to punch at SHTA, who was able to avoid being hit.

Inmate threw chair at CO and then punched CO several times in the face and pulled Officer’s hair out.

COs breaking up a fight between 2 inmates. Inmate attempted to spit on CO, inmate then kicks CO in right knee.
