Sgt. was directed to 9-1 building because inmate was reported as appearing to be under the influence of drugs. Upon arrival Sgt. attempted to interview the inmate and he became combative. A use of force ensued and an Officer was bit by inmate on the web of his left hand breaking the skin. Sgt. and Officers all used body holds to take inmate to the floor to gain control. Mechanical restraints were applied to wrists and legs as the inmate continued to be combative.
