Today, 3/28/24 the American Arbitration Association tallied the 3- year contract that will run retroactively from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2026. The agreement was passed by the membership. I will be working closely with the State Comptroller’s Office to determine the timetable for retroactive payouts and potential dates after the contract had been ratified.
