Synthetic Marijuana, Subutex Located in Mailed Packages
Watertown, NY – Officers inspecting mail for inmates discovered Synthetic Marijuana and Subutex at the medium security correctional facility.
The first incident occurred on Wednesday, April, 15, at approximately 9:30 a.m. The officer assigned to the package room discovered an orange film in the glue flap of an envelope. Upon further inspection, the officer found five orange strips inside the envelope. Full Press Release
