While returning an RMHU inmate to his cell after a haircut, the inmate attempted to pull his mechanical restraints into his cell. Escorting Officers were able to keep control of the cuffs and remove them from a non-compliant inmate. The inmate’s actions caused one of the Officer’s hands to be pulled into the hatch and striking the one side of the feed up hatch.
