An inmate in the RMHU was able to manipulate the foot hatch of his cell open. A mobile cell shield was put in place outside the cell. The inmate lit a bed sheet on fire and threw it on the gallery between the cell and the shield. While the officer was attempting to extinguish the fire the inmate threw a styro cup of brown liquid on the officer.
