Inmate became verbally abusive after receiving orders from CO. Officer ordered inmate to assume the pat frisk position on the fence. Inmate came off the fence and swung at CO with a closed fist. Officer used body holds to take the inmate to the ground. Inmate struggled out and got up where Officer again used body holds to force the inmate to the ground. As the inmate attempted to get up again, a second Officer responded in getting struggling inmate under control. Mechanical restraints were placed on the inmate as he continued to disobey several direct orders to comply. Both Officers were seen by facility medical staff and remained on duty to follow up with their primary doctor.
