Sgt. and Officer were responding to inmates call for medical assistance in the Special Housing Unit, when they were both struck with the contents of the inmate’s toilet.  As the staff members arrived at the inmate’s cell, they observed him filling the contents of a lotion bottle with the contents of his toilet.  An order to drop the bottle was given to the inmate to which he complied.  The inmate then appeared to be cooperative with the further direction given by staff when he suddenly grabbed the bottle and squirted the Sgt. and Officer with the contents, striking them to the upper torso area.
