Inmate Throws Urine, Feces on Officer at Elmira Correctional Facility

Elmira , NY – In the Southern Tier at Elmira Correctional Facility,  an officer had urine and feces thrown at him by an inmate who was in a cell in a Special Housing Unit at the maximum security prison.  Full Press Release
