Three Separate Throwing Incidents Occur

Marcy, NY – Three officers and a nurse had urine thrown on them by inmates in separate incidents at the medium security correctional facility.

The first incident occurred on Friday, May 8 at approximately 6:45 a.m. The officer was distributing morning meals to inmates in their cells. He approached an inmate’s cell and the inmate threw an unknown liquid substance on the officer. The officer was struck in the arm and upper chest.
