Ogdensburg , NY – As contraband continues to flow into correctional facilities across the state,  NYSCOPBA was joined by Assemblyman Mark Walczyk in calling on DOCCS to implement the Secure Vendor Program to stem the flow of drugs getting into facilities.   Full Press Release
