Inmate refused a urinalysis test and was en route to s block. Inmate refused to be handcuffed, then attempted to assault another Officer before biting CO, who responded to the scene to aid in handcuffing the inmate.

Inmate threw unknown liquid on Officer, striking her in the face and right upper chest, right leg and right arm. Another Officer observed inmate reach into his toilet bowl with a styrofoam cup, scoop out a cupful of liquid and throw it on Officer.
