Officer was attempting to place handcuffs on an inmate when the inmate reached out with his hand through the feed up hatch and grabbed the officer in his groin area.

Inmate was being escorted back to cell and started making threats to harm staff. Inmate then attempted to kick and spit at staff. While being subdued, inmate bit 1 Officer on the left hand and scratched another Officer on his left forearm.
