Inmate hit SHTA in the head and chest.

While returning from the yard inmate suddenly attacked SHTA. SHTA was punched in the face several times and dragged to the floor by the hair. SHTA sustained injuries to head and neck and sought treatment at an outside medical facility.

Inmate refused order and became combative. Inmate approached CO and punched CO in the forehead, then spat in CO’s face.

Inmate charged at CO, knocking him to the ground and then repeatedly punched the CO in the face and head. CO was transported to hospital and was treated for a broken nose and moderate concussion.
