Officer heard the sound of styrofoam against metal and turned towards the cell and observed a styrofoam cup in inmates hand. Officer then observed inmate propel the contents of the cup through the gap between the cell gate and the cell front toward him and he turned away. The liquid struck the officer on the back and head and upper back of his uniform shirt.
