Two inmates were observed fighting in the center of the mess hall. Officers responded, both inmates ignored orders to stop fighting. The inmates continued fighting and both fell to the floor. As additional staff responded the inmates stopped fighting. One inmate stood up, turned toward Officer and shoved her in the chest with both hands, knocking her to the floor.
