Two Officers Transported to Local Hospital for Injuries
Elmira, NY – Six officers and one sergeant were injured in on-going inmate violence that has plagued the maximum security correctional facility for well over a year.
During a seven day period last week, there were six violent incidents which injured staff and included to two inmate on inmate fights where weapons were used to cut inmates during the fights. FULL PRESS RELEASE
